invite you to come where you will find a gathering of
people who form an inclusive and loving community centered
deep within the Christian faith. Living in the urban center,
a high value is placed on diversity.
Worship includes
the digital media of the 21st century while also embracing
African traditions. A weaving through of some of the favorite
music and liturgical forms of the traditional church and
inclusion of the arts help to make each one hour service
unique and dynamic.
First Church is a community who cares
deeply for children. Weekly programs
serve more than 200 children on a daily basis in a variety
of forms – and more are in the planning stages.
